Step 2 — Ship Your Products to Silkwood Studio

After choosing your package, or accepting a quote you just need to ship your item with a cover note. To our studio. After placing your order you will receive an email on what to do.

Where is silkwood?

Step 3 — We Photograph Your Products

When your product arrives, it makes its way to our specialist ecommerce photography studio. Here we have specialist equipment, top of the range cameras and expert lighting setups to achieve the perfect images to sell your product online.

When it reaches here it enters into our queue and is usually shot within 2 days of receiving.

Step 4 — Editing & Retouching

After we photograph your product it then makes its way to our dedicated editing suite. Here it will undergo sharpening, cleaning and colour correction to make sure it is perfect, crisp and you have true to life images to sell your product through Amazon, Etsy or other online platforms. As standard we make sure the images have perfect white background and are cropped square (unless another package is chosen or stated otherwise) .

Step 5 — Download Your Images and Review

When we have finished editing, we will contact you Via Email with a link to download your images, this is usually WeTransfer. Download them, review and let us know if you need any amendments and we will be ahppy to help.

Step 6 — Products Returned

When you’re happy with your images, and if you have chosen the return option on checkout, we will then return your product. We return them Royal Mail Special Delivery and Insured so you have piece of mind. We will send you tracking confirmation.

No. Everything can be managed remotely. Many of our ecommerce and Amazon product photography clients simply ship their products to our studio and we manage the shoot from there. We can discuss your brief by phone or email, shoot the agreed images, edit them professionally and deliver the final files online.

Can I ship products directly from my supplier?

Yes. You can ship products directly to us from your supplier, warehouse or fulfilment partner. Some clients even arrange for products to be sent directly from Amazon.
